Relying on our expert in-country linguistic resources, excellent localization engineering capabilities and professional project management, we provide a broad range of language and technological solutions in over 90 languages for a variety of industries, including IT, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Financial Services. Now our Beijing office has 200 employees, shanghai office 50 employees, many are from other countries, such as US, Japan, European countries and South East Asia countries.Now we’re looking for a business unit Manager in Beijing, only Hongkongese or Singaporean welcome Position: Business Unit ManagerReport to: VPSubordinates: about 30, including 10 PM and 20 PM assistantOffice: CBD, BeijingPrimary Responsibilities1/ Manage the operations of Business Unit according to established goals, objectives, and policies. Following direction set by VP and Chief Executive Officer;2/ Maintain & expend existing business;3/ Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit;4/ Provide direction and structure for operating unit;5/ Participate in developing policy and strategic plans;6/ Allocate production resources / projects within the BU (Business Unit); 7/ Maintain overall delivery quality; 8/ Handle project issues and crisis; 9/ Improve overall productivity and efficiency;10/ Coach and supervise Project Managers and team leaders.If you’re qualified and interested in this position, may I have your cv with picture?Best regardsDavid
Job Requirements
Hongkongese or SingaporeanSkills Required1/ Excellent command of English, basic knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage; 2/ Good team Management ability3/ Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and extended team members;4/ Age between 26 and 365/ Excellent communication skills, both people management and project management skills6/ Motivated, resourceful and committed to excellence.7/ Good operation management and BD abilities will be a big plusWorking experience1/ 5+ years’ experience in a multinational corporation; sales or marketing background preferred; comprehensive knowledge of software or localization industry will be a big plus;
