Responsibilities:*Manage the operations of Business Unit according to established goals, objectives, and policies. Follows direction set by Chief Executive Officer.*Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.*Provides direction and structure for operating unit.*Participate in developing policy and strategic plans.Qualifications:*Bachelor' s degree or above;*Excellent command of both English and Mandarin Chinese, overseas experience preferred;*5+ years’ experience in a multinational corporation;*sales or marketing background preferred;*comprehensive knowledge of localization industry will be a big plus;*Strong project experience and team management experience are a must;*Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and extended team members;*Motivated, resourceful and committed to excellence.
