Responsibilities - Work with families, children, teachers and specialists; - Conduct intake interviews, observations and screenings; - Provide direct ABA treatment to children; - Develops individualized treatment plans; - Be an active member of a multidisciplinary team that promotes quality services for children; - Work independently in a peer-supervised team environment; - Conduct professional development trainings and workshops for colleagues and the broader community; - Perform speech behavior/language assessments.

Qualifications and experience: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst; - Mandarin speaking preferred; - Proficiency in English. Personal Attributes: - Easy-going and flexible; - Open-minded and accepting of cultural diversity; - Self-disciplined and able to meet deadlines.
