Job responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans for channel expansion in Europe and North America, in alignment with the company’s overseas shirt customization business objectives.
• Identify and establish long-term partnerships with potential sales collaborators, including but not limited to suit tailors and high-end custom brands, to drive business growth and brand penetration.
• Manage the entire cooperation process, from negotiation and contract signing to project execution and follow-up, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in the European and North American tailored suit industry, providing valuable insights to optimize products and services.
• Regularly assess the performance of channel partners and implement effective incentive programs to enhance their sales effectiveness and market promotion efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment between channel expansion efforts and overall company strategy.
Job Requirements
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in suit fabric sales, with in-depth knowledge of various fabric types and their advantages.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in fabric sales at renowned brands such as VBC, Zegna, and Loro Piana (LP) will be given priority consideration. Experience in these companies provides an edge in understanding the high-end fabric market and leveraging industry connections for channel expansion.
• Channel Development Skills: Proven ability to independently develop and establish partnerships with custom tailoring stores and premium bespoke brands.
• Market Insight: Strong understanding of the European and North American tailored suit market, including local consumer behavior, market environment, and competitive landscape. Ability to identify opportunities and formulate targeted expansion strategies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds and coordinate internal resources to drive business growth.
