3+ years of experience in user-driven or design thinking methodologies. We value experiences developed in many ways, not just through specific degree programs or conferred by credentials Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive & industrial design, architecture, the arts etc An effective and convincing communicator in English with well-developed writing, editing, and visual presentation skills (knowledge of Chinese or Italian are a plus) The ability to adapt quickly to change and being comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic organization A proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines Openness to a diversity of cultures and backgrounds Experience with User Research, Chinese Market, Global Automotive Market or Luxury/Premium brands are a plus
