1. Native English Speakers;<br/>2. Bachelor's degree or above;<br/>3. Must be a holder of a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or State/provincial teaching license (still valid);<br/>4. At least one year teaching experience;<br/>5. Open-minded, easy-going, patient and responsible;<br/>6. Would like to work with kids;<br/>7. A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents;
