1. For parents:<br/>1) Interview with Chinese principal to kids and parents who are willing to come<br/>2) Organize and manage parent work (reception and communication for parents, parents committee, etc.), and carries out a monthly communication day between the principal and parents<br/>2. For teaching:<br/>1) Work with the Chinese principal to develop the teaching plan and syllabus, and supervise the implementation, to make the effective implementation, evaluation and record of the whole kindergarten plan<br/>2) Supervise the teaching plan in place and review long-term teaching plans, and provide guidance<br/>3) Organize teacher training, observe and evaluate the teacher team, and improve teachers' curriculum ability<br/>3. For management:<br/>1) Interview and assessment management of foreign teachers<br/>2) Report the work to the investors<br/>3) Weekly work report and summary

• Principal experience required<br/>• Bachelor Degree in Education (or education related field such as psychology, music, etc. – Master's degree in education) (Preferred)<br/>• Must have TEFL certification (at least 120 hours)<br/>• Teaching Certificate(PGCE, State Teaching Licence)(Desired)<br/>• Must hold a passport from one of the following countries: UK, Ireland, US, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand or Australia<br/>• Early childhood experience (preferred)<br/>• Teachers must be energetic, creative and have passion for working in early childhood education
