●1 to 3 years of experience in AI/Digital Design, with a deep understanding of AI prompting techniques and design generation. ● Expertise in AI platforms such as MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Luma.AI, 3DAistudio.com, and any other relevant AI tools that can enhance automotive design. ● A strong sense of aesthetics, emotional design, and an appreciation for automotive design, architecture, product design, and fashion trends. ● A proactive and innovative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new tools and approaches. ● An effective communicator with strong presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders through immersive visual storytelling. ● Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and mentor less experienced team members. ● Fluency in English (Chinese or Italian is a plus). ● Passion for future mobility solutions and sustainability.
