Job Responsibilities 1. Design age-appropriate art courses (such as creative painting, handcraft making, color enlightenment, etc.) according to the age characteristics and cognitive levels of children aged 3 to 12. Lesson plans should include teaching objectives, steps, and required materials. 2. Be responsible for teaching art courses for children on weekends. Adopt an interactive teaching method to guide students to observe and create, stimulating their artistic interest and creativity. 3. Maintain classroom discipline, ensure students' safety, and deal with unexpected situations (such as crying, disputes, etc.). 4. Have a brief communication with parents after class, answer their questions, provide professional suggestions, and enhance parents' recognition of the courses. 5. Regularly participate in teaching seminars, summarize the course effects, and optimize the teaching plan.

Job Requirements 1. A college degree or above, with a major in art or design preferred 2. Have at least one year of teaching experience in art for children aged 3 to 12, and be familiar with children's psychology and the laws of painting development. 3. Have a solid foundation in painting and be proficient in various painting forms (such as watercolor, oil pastels, mixed media, etc.). 4. Be able to independently design interesting courses that are in line with children's cognition and have strong classroom appeal. 5. Be cheerful, patient, and responsible, and be good at communicating with children and their parents. 6. Have a positive work attitude, obey the teaching arrangements of the institution, and complete lesson preparation and teaching tasks on time. 7. Need to provide ID card, academic certificate, and previous teaching cases/works. 8. Be able to work on weekends and have strong time management skills. Remarks: This is a part-time position, and the main working hours are on weekends (specific time periods need to be discussed).
