Responsibility： 1. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for both American replacement and OE market. 2. Assess American market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities 3. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration 4. Achieve developing goals and metrics (Milestones)

Qualifications： 1. 6+ years OE business development experience in mining or construction equipment industry； 2. 5+years OTR tire sales experience will be preferred； 3. Proven branch management experience, Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices 4. Results driven and customer focused 5. Accept retirees
