Business Diagnosis - Visit enterprises and understand their full business process (product selection, procurement, sales, inventory, customer retention) - Identify operational problems and AI implementation opportunities 2. AI Implementation Across Departments - Build AI product selection and restocking models - Support business automation and promotion optimization  Sales - Design AI sales scripts and lead follow-up systems - Improve inquiry conversion rate and average order value  Customer Service - Deploy AI customer service tools (chatbots, auto-reply systems) - Improve response speed and service efficiency  Operations & Inventory - Implement AI forecasting and inventory management tools in HR, Finance, Admin department 3. AI Project Management - Lead AI projects from planning to launch - Coordinate technical and business teams - Ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution 4. Data Monitoring & Optimization - Track key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, inventory turnover, repurchase rate) - Identify issues and provide practical optimization solutions 5. AI Tool Deployment & Training - Deploy AI tools across departments - Create SOPs and usage guidelines Conduct 3–5 training sessions per month

Required skills/experience: Job Requirements - Project & Industry Experience Minimum 2 years of consulting or project execution experience Experience serving trading, wholesale, retail, or commerce enterprises Led or deeply participated in at least 3 AI digitization implementation projects, such as: Intelligent customer service systems, Marketing automation, AI-powered sales enablement tools - Strong Business Understanding Deep understanding of end-to-end trading enterprise operations Ability to connect AI solutions directly to measurable business outcomes (sales growth, margin improvement, inventory optimization) Capable of translating business pain points into practical AI deployment plans - Execution & Communication Skills Strong cross-functional project leadership ability Experience managing stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and technical teams Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Results-oriented and data-driven mindset
