Job responsibilities
1. Oversee the development and implementation of the company’s service system, management standards, and processes. Take full responsibility for the integrity, comprehensive implementation, and outcomes (user satisfaction and costs) of the service system. 2. Develop and train service personnel and teams, guiding key roles to support rapid development, standardization, and information management across the company. 3. Manage and improve overall service quality. 4. Control service costs while ensuring service quality and user satisfaction, improve service rates and cost structures. 5. Drive the informatization of the company’s service business in alignment with industry trends.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering or foreign languages; 2. Over 8 years of experience in customer service, with more than 3 years of experience in managing service teams; 3. Proficient in written and spoken English (mandatory); 4. Expertise in customer service processes, knowledge base development, and extensive operational experience; 5. Familiarity with the construction and implementation of after-sales CRM systems.
