Job responsibilities
1. According to the company's marketing strategy, organize research on laws, regulations, standards and user habits to carry out medium and long-term development planning of after-sales business; Formulate the after-sales service strategy of the cell and energy storage product line, design the service mode and sign the service agreement; 2. Establish and daily manage the after-sales team, and complete the indicator formulation and performance evaluation of subordinate personnel; Make claim policy, conduct quality analysis, statistical tracking and feedback on after-sales fault problems; 3. Organize the training and empowerment work within the Department, and constantly improve the employees' skills and enthusiasm for learning and growth. 4. Formulate the management system and process, optimize and improve it according to the actual situation, and organize the preparation of technical documents; Organize the docking of customer after-sales business, including parts and tools development, order, warehousing, logistics and other management work; 5. Establish after-sales service outlets, formulate annual after-sales business policies, terminal standards and evaluation and check, and review the daily operation management of the terminal service station by the operation and maintenance supervisor; Organize the development and implementation of training courseware to improve the professional skills and service level of after-sales personnel; 6. Be responsible for the docking and coordination of the market center platform, and collect and feedback industry information; Participate in bidding, integrate internal and external resources, and expand service partners; 7. Prepare the annual budget of the Department, control the expenses of the Department, establish the brand image of the company, and ensure that the reputation of the company is not infringed.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, lithium battery industry background; 2. Have overseas after-sales work experience; 3. Specific overseas team building and management ability; 4. English and Chinese can be used as working languages;
