Role: Responsible for the recruitment, marketing and admissions strategy for Europe (in charge of France, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, Russia and CIS countries; previously Eastern Europe and Balkan counties).Member of the International Admissions Committee for the following programmes:- Full Time MBA - MSc programmes in Management (International Management, Finance, Marketing Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics and CEMS Master in Management)

Role: Leading the team responsible for the admissions process for the International MBA & Master inManagement programs with the aim of coordinating and improving its performance in order to reach the commercial objectives.Key responsibilities: - Full-time master programs commercialization: informative interviews and personal assessment for the prospective candidates.- Team coordination: management and coordination of the team of 7 Admissions Advisors for the full-time programs.- Representation of IE at national and international fairs (one to one sessions, admissions panels, openfairs).- Management and coordination of commercial events: campus tours, networking events, open days.- Design of strategies aiming at the team’s performance improvement and implementation of bestpractices.- CRM key user.

Role: Working in admissions department with specific focus on Latin America with the aim of recruiting top candidates for the various courses offered by IE Business School.Achievements:- Manage Latin American region and have overseen significant growth within region. Responsible for candidate process from initial contact through to admission.- Represented IE at various International Fairs across Europe aimed at recruiting candidates including sitting on various panels on behalf of the business school.- Set up and ran the IE IMBA Ambassadors program. This involved recruiting current candidates to assist with various admissions functions and represent IE during various events.- Set up and managed various recruitment events. This has involved recruiting candidates from around the world, organizing the location and catering, finding speakers to attend the event and then running the event during the day.

Role: Running the schools language departments as well as teaching various classes and individuals.
