In the same time, support in transfer new product and production technology from China plant to Malaysia plant. Manage every factory process and operation in Malaysia started from year 2012. Experience in factory set up in Malaysia. Establish plan and direction for factory team which to align with MayAir Group’s strategies. Maximize the outcome of the resources. Leads the new technology development team and manage collaboration with technology partner. Responsible in continual develops the competitiveness of operation, quality and supplier chain. Starting a new exposure in year 2016 as pioneer in exploring new market in Penang. Leading a team to develop the new market. From managing factory to leading a sales team, it is challenging and it is tough for a new brand to enter a well-established market. Leading the team with passionate heart, knowledge of air filtration and the well-planned strategies is the key of success to the market we had explore now. In year 2019, it takes another challenge to explore new market in South East Asia. Leading a new team to develop the sales activities in Vietnam market. We are just start to penetrate into the market. We start through the reputable society channel and exhibition. In year 2020, I am leading the new team to establish and develop a new factory in Northern region of Malaysia. We are setting a new factory division on producing cleanroom related material. The space also serves as warehouse for our air filter stock to support the local market. Starting from year 2018 (while I am working), I am pursuing my PhD research in nanofiber. I am doing research to apply the new invented nanofiber in air filtration system with more functional criteria to serve the filtration system well. I have done a school colloquium paper in year 2019. I am promoted as Assistant General Manager in year 2022. I am committed to the operation of Malaysia Sales and Factory. At the meantime, I am bringing my team to further expand our factory. We are going to triple up our production capacity. Following on the expansion of factory, I have to be excel further in our sales revenue.
