2018년 2월 - 2021년 7월 (3년 6개월) Beijing Huijia Private IB School is an excellent school that provided the platform for myself to learn, develop and grow in the IB world. My experience and roles there included being a middle school English teacher in the MYP program as well as a grade leader for two years. I thrived at developing the engaging, interesting and interactive IB lessons and helped to build the curriculum where I could. Student abilities ranged from A1 to near native but lessons were tailored to reach all students and to encompass as many of the learning styles as possible. We worked collaboratively in a sharing, focused and pleasant manner within our department and with other departments. Spelling Bees, sports days, talent contents and various festivals all encompassed the English department to integrate, immerse and include all students. I presented several workshops and at the IB Conference hosted by this school.
