Plant Manager at Cargill Vietnam Company Limited.. - Undertake all works related to project management process as initiating, Planning, Executing, monitoring & controlling and closing project. For detail as making technical requirement, raising PR, making tender evaluation, monitoring Network,supervising contractor, training Operator, handover equipment/the new system to production, Goods acceptance Criteria, making Goods Received. - Ensure all contractors, their employees, their sub-contractors, their sub-contractors’ employees and/or their agents engaged at the project site comply with all requirements of safety policies, safety management systems including regulation of construction safety management of Vietnam. - Experience the related engineering works to repair and maintenance planning, breakdown preventive plan, spare part list, equipment audit, solved daily issues,…. for equipment in factory/manufacturing environment. - Undertake Safety Healthy Environment job including Risk assessment, SHE report, audit, corrective action plan,… for firefighting system, waste treatment system, transformer, electrical system, tank farm, processing equipment , boiler, utility,… - Have exceptionally organization and planning skills, work under pressure and meet effectively in team building and stakeholders’ satisfaction. - Have good knowledge and experience of the hygienic design and Cleaning & Disinfection in the factory. - Operate smoothly on SAP and ARIBA Spend management system for managing PR/PO, control control,Product Planning Process ( PPP), forecast,etc. - Responsibility in Engineering works in factory. - Courses joining as Project management, Problem solving and making decision skill, DuPont safety course, Presentation skill,etc. - Good at QA knowledge : HACCP, Hygienic design, ISO 9001:2008, BRC and ISO 22716 by Intertek Vietnam - Experience in working with stakeholders such as Buyer, Finance,Production, R&D, T&I, QA, The third party, etc.
