➢ Partner with customers to solve design challenges by providing isolated gate drivers’ device specification analysis, reviewing customer PCB schematic and layout design, and supporting customer system bench debug ➢ Support new product development by performing simulation and high-voltage bench tests ➢ Design and release evaluation module PCBs; publish user guides, application notes, and other technical documentations to support team and customers

➢ Created new product definitions for the latest opto-emulated isolated gate driver product by working extensively with customers and cross-functional teams ➢ Oversaw design, validation, and RTM (release-to-market) progress for the latest, world’s smallest dual-channel isolated gate drivers. Assessed device development tradeoffs with design team, validation/test team and customers ➢ Drove new design wins for newly released products and provided technical supports for product ramp up for the customers

➢ Designed schematic and board layout for the power regulators used in the cutting-edge surgical robotic system, then perform board bring-up and rework as well as testing and debugging. ➢ Compared all hall effect sensors used for motor rotation detection on the market and made application recommendations.

➢ Created schematics in Cadence Concept HDL and work with mechanical engineers and layout engineers to address DFM feedback from vendor for board fabrication. ➢ Designed test boards that evaluate the thermal and coexistence risks in devices. ➢ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify project scope, requirements, and goals.
