Responsibilities include: - The writing and translation of web content, product descriptions and magazine text from both French and Spanish into English - Creating, designing and monitoring product promotions on our website - Improving the presentation, ordering and user-friendliness of our website in order to maximize web orders - Assisting with the launch of OneDirect.eu and adapting web content to be appropriate for clients in Ireland and the Benelux countries - Assisting with Search Engine Optimization, email marketing, competitor analysis and PPC campaigns

Part of the Social Programme Team, working with international students to improve their linguistic, social and cultural experience of their educational stay in the UK: - Organising and leading social events and activities - Planning and leading day trips to various cultural sites and cities in the UK - Day-to-day administrative tasks within an office environment - Front-of-house customer service provided to students - Communicating and engaging with students, colleagues, superiors and teaching staff
