  In this role I managed the product supply chain from Norway to all the countries around the world, ensured on-time delivery, handled all quality issues, and communicated between production and management team. It was also an important part of my role to create structure and new processes to better manage different situations. I lead and executed projects to streamline processes and create efficiencies. I worked closely with our CEO on many levels of our company and I was a highly trusted and respected individual throughout the organization.
