(1 year 5 months) As the Product Lead of Oura's Health Mission, I support the product teams responsible for our core health sensing, activity tracking, and reproductive health features. Some of the features we have delivered include Oura's Rest Mode, Nap Detection, and two of our Gen3 ring's headline features, Daytime Heartrate and Period Prediction.

Product Lead in multiple projects aiming to improve the sleep and health tracking features of the Oura App. Overall responsibility involves project administration, high-level design of the planned features, and maintaining a reliable schedule for shipping features to the app.

(1 year 1 month) Planned and supervised all product related experiments at OP Lab. Oversaw concept validation, user interviews, usability research and surveys.

of Discovery Team (2 years 9 months) Ran the Discovery Team in OP Lab, where we combined our knowledge of emerging trends and disruptive technologies to identify new business opportunities for OP. Led an international team of 4-8 people on 30+ validation cases. Taught Prototyping, Lean Startup and Validation practices. Trained 5 Junior POs (4who now work full time in OP Group).

(1 year 2 months) Led an international team of 4 on two projects: one for gamification of personal savings and the other on managing finances of sports teams. Coordinated design, development and marketing tasks. Facilitated use of Design Sprints and Lean Startup practices both internally and with external partners. 职位:Service Designer (1 year 1 month) Worked on the design and validation of 10+ products, including Pivo Payments, Pivo Kassa and the early stages of several of our mobility projects.

Was a frequent contributor of video game related articles, news and reviews for some of the largest gaming websites and publications in Finland, including eDome, V2.fi and Pelaaja magazine.

Planned and managed fundraising work for some of the major NPOs in the world (Red Cross, WWF, Save the Children Foundation) in Oulu and 5 other cities in northern Finland. Established training courses and wrote a handbook for training fundraisers.
