(My interpretation is : You do not have to be the best, just the best in your group, so if you cannot be the best in your group, choose a group that you are the best or try to outlive other. 2. “Never let what you feel make you forget what's real. Facts over feelings. Don't let your emotions overpower your intelligence.” (This came from a Chinese proverb, which I find the above English proverb is the best interpretation : 跟谁有仇，也不要跟钱有仇） （Meaning : Even how angry you are, never burn the bridge before you find another way out) (I literally interprete as : If I never find a new job, I will never leave my current job) 3. Always embrace new challenges in work, I never walk away from new challenges because you can grow your skill and value and if you failed, the company is paying for your mistake and you learn from your mistake. (When I was a Design Engineer in Matshushita Technology, all the senior design engineer never want to take the tough design or new challenge, I always volunteer myself because I learn new skill every time I take up new challenge and I benefit more than my company because the skill stay with me) Over the year, I have learn that relationship is important especially your relationship with your superior. You always need to have your advocate in your company especially in management. I always feel that "Success without Integrity is a failure" but sometime you will feel that letting your true feeling be known may have repercussion. Sometime is better to keep your feeling inside you (this is the contradiction in life)
