The Station Control Panels and Building Protection Panels consisted of Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC, redundant Phoenix Contact power supplies, fused / feed-through terminal blocks, Analog and Digital I/O distribution. Designed station Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system, which consisted of Fire / Gas / Smoke Detectors, ESD Push Buttons, Beacons, Horns. For MCC motor control and monitoring, Designed the Allen Bradley Flex I/O panel. Developed Instrument / Control wiring diagram. Calculated cable voltage drop based on NEC. Specified out transmitters, switches, Fire / Gas / Smoke Detectors, Strobes / Horns, Cables, station security system.
