Specialized in HPC and CPC systems, automated SPE, and liquid handling instrumentation for biosciences and chemistry. Led technical product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and after-sales support. Developed and maintained strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, contributing to consistent revenue growth. Key Achievements: Took over Evotec as a customer and potential key account, converted all purification systems to new Gilson systems over a period of years, 900k in systems. Successfully managed the account, (ensuring service revenue, any new instruments, spares etc) for 15 years. Approximately 120% of target in 2019, (780K) including 180% of target in Ireland. Achieved by successfully applying to public tenders, for which I was solely responsible. tenders Given new position in late 2022 managing NESE distributors, (Northern, Eastern andSouthern europe, ie Nordics, Baltic, Poland etc round to Greece and Turkey). Objective to recover sales and re-onboard distributors after a period of neglect. Successfully re-engaged and energised distributor network. 100% on target in 2024 Developed and sold customised liquid handler with bespoke software for Pion inc to fully automate their Scissor System. Replacing and increasing number of gilson systems for catecholamines, metanephrines vitamin A&E measurement. Ensuring service contracts, spares and new system sales were maintained during this period.
