Coordinate with QC and production department to resolve NCR (customer complaints) (if any) to have appropriate treatment for each specific case and customer. Evaluate customer satisfaction to have the adjustment plan for the sales service by sending the surveys annually. Aggregates data to Superior/ GM for strive for next year. Plan for visiting clients based on targets and sales volume. Liaise with QA to update international certificates such as ISO, OHSAS. Regularly coordinate with the financial department on the debt situation in order to remind customers.
