QA Manager. I am MBA holder graduated from Asia E University. Besides, I am graduated from NTC2 (Precision Tooling and Machinery) and Diploma in ICT from Singapore. I have been working for 26 years. 18 years working experience in High Precision Machinery in several department as a Head of Department (HOD) and 8 years stationed at Quality Department as a QA Manager and QMS/EMS Representative. I am proud of myself as a magnanimous and meticulous in visuality person and always have a 'big-picture' in doing anything. However, I do admit that sometimes I also miss-out small details, but I do always ensure I am the one who is detail-oriented on my team. As far as weaknesses concern, I feel that there is still some discrepancy in my management skills, which could improve, and I am constantly working on it. I believe that I could make it much better with the Management Skill learn from MBA at the University. My strength is my flexibility to handle change. I can turn around a negative working environment and develop a supportive team. I have an extremely strong work ethic. Whenever there is a project for me, I am not only target and plan so that the accomplished that project on the deadlines. Comparatively, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule and deliver with better quality of work. During my previous service at my ex-company, I always successfully to obtain and earned a bonus for completing for achieving outstanding target and services.
