Also, analyze the cost to develop plans to increase profit and improve services.• Co-work with purchasing to source outbound transportation (from plant to customer) to serve customer’s enquiry and meet cost and operation effectiveness.• Be part of selection committee for logistics service sourcing.• Manage returns productivity, efficiency and accuracy of all processes. Examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures, and hand on return note to customer services to issue credit notes to customers within business timelines.

Overall responsibilities in distribution center operations covering the functional areas of Transport Admin and Dispatch both BKK and UPC to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) and meet agreed service levels. •Promote the implementation the standards of safety, quality, security, regulatory, and environment as defined by the Regional.•Conducts and prepares Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and conduct staff training for these to ensure adherence to HSE and SOP policies in all operational areas.•Conducts and coordinates project initiatives in the department to improve operational efficiency and ensure operations and transportation partners are complied with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Storage and Distribution Practice (GSDP).•Manages Dispatch team to meet committed performance targets.•Leads the coordination with other sections, external parties and customers to resolve operational issues.•Manages Transport Admin team to ensure timely and accurate return of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and Cash On Delivery (COD) from 3PL to Bill collection team.•Manages relationships with 3PL to ensure high service level expectations are met.•Conducts performance audits of 3PL in Bangkok and Upcountry cross-docking points (12 hubs). Also design and conducts training program for 3PL to help them improve performance.
