❖ ALEC is one of the largest contractors in the GCC with a project portfolio consisting of high-end complex construction projects, predominately in the airports, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. ❖ Directed the functions of accountants & managed all activities related to financial and management reporting, consolidation, stakeholder reporting, statutory reporting and order book reporting. ❖ Managed master and departmental budgets & forecasts. ❖ Responsible for monthly overhead analysis to control and reduce overhead expenses under budget. ❖ Responsible for contract costing analysis and percentage of completion calculations for revenue recognition. ❖ Played key role in month end closing and financial reconciliation. ❖ Supported project tendering with financial information & ratio and tender bond. ❖ Prepared contract work in progress analysis to manage and control work in progress. ❖ Responsible for banking, letter of credit and trust receipt for import purchases.
