• Feedstock selection and plant optimization • Plan production tasks (plan materials, chemicals & products) include plan outsourcing production and schedules according to customer order • Inventory management for internal and external storage location • Margin enhancement project by feedstock optimization and inventory management for cost saving 96 and 79 MTHB in 2022 and 2023 respectively • Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specification • Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines • Communicate production status to concern persons and customer on regular basis • Coordinate with management in planning and implementing engineering changes in production • Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to prepare production plan support optimization mode and improve plant efficiency • Work with team for costs reduction initiative • Support audit such as quarter stock checking, FSSC (Food safety) audit, Halal audit, etc.
