Since more than 25 years I am working in the automotive industry, most of the time in sales, but also in the strategic marketing and PR. I am convinced that partnership between the customer and the supplier, always looking for win-win situations, is the best (or only?) way to have considerable, sustainable success. Understanding the needs and perspective of the other side helps not only to 'sell' products but to 'solve' problems. I am working for an international company and am responsible for an international key account. That means, getting to know other countries, cultures, mentalities - other people. I do this in private life and have the privilege to also do it in my job. But this is only one aspect. You also need to understand the technology behind your products and behind the applications of your customer. Otherwise you will never be able to find and explain good solutions. This is why I am convinced my job is perfect for me. This is why I love what I do because I do what I love.
