Head of Quality System Management ,Project Management and Continuous Process Improvement

•Responsible for leading the QA team to carry out daily quality control and assurance function (Advice and control quality team for defining, deploying, tracking & driving of Quality KPIs) •Ensure that Quality System is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with Global Quality System Requirements.(Auditor in Quality standards such as TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18001, VDA6.3)•New Product Quality Experience that typical cover APQP, MSA, FMEA, Process Capability and PPAP, Monitor and maintain TS Quality Operating System requirements.(Representing Quality in new product launch.)•Deliver accurate and timely quality assurance analysis report to management and customers.( Lead and perform the failure analysis to find root causes and provide solutions 8D, FTA report for any customer complaint and communicate with customers frequently•Develop and implement tools and practices as needed to achieve quality objectives. And drive for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date quality standard to comply with customer requirements.
