Summary

Attended University of Melbourne. I am a Malaysian who currently lives and works in Vietnam. I studied in Nebraska, USA, before moving to Melbourne, Australia, to complete my Degree in Actuarial Science and Finance, and minor in Computer Science. I came Vietnam two years ago to explore career opportunities. For my first few months in Vietnam, I learned the Vietnamese language and traveled around the country to know deeper about its culture. My previous roles as investment consultant and account manager, in Malaysia and Vietnam, gave me the opportunities to work with international enterprises from different industries. I conduct industry and market researches and financial due diligence to assist them in making informed investment decisions. Along the way, I have consulted multi-million dollars investment projects in Vietnam. I love to work with numbers and find insights from them. I had been a teaching assistant for calculus and statistics in my university. Additionally, I combine my analytical skills and interest on investment to fundamentally analyse companies to reach investment decisions. I read a lot during my free time. Some of the genres I usually read include: investment, human psychology, metacognition, economy, etc (link to goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/sekkhanglee). Some of the blogs/forums I always visit: Farnam Street, Collaborative Fund, Value Investors Club, Saber Capital, Safal Niveshak, etc.
