Software Deployment & CI/CD : Manage and execute deployments, patches, and major releases. Maintain CI/ CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools to streamline automation and reduce human error. System Resilience & Downtime Reduction : Design strategies to minimize downtime and maximize resilience. Conduct RCA to resolve recurring issues and improve early failure detection for better system reliability. Communication & Documentation : Maintain structured communication during incidents, ensuring timely updates —document resolutions, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps for team-wide knowledge sharing. Technical Expertise & Continuous Learning : Skilled in troubleshooting Linux-based environments and managing infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Continuously explore automation tools like Python, Git, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and GKE, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities and performance.
