SAK PMO lead and functional manager; responsible and accountable for driving PMO operations, financial, and customer experience.•Responsible for managing PMO spread across SAK and ensure seamless delivery of all project deliverables adhere to standard DEPM global process.•Baseline quarterly revenue + spending outlook through working with individual PM and monitor the risk and progress throughout the given quarter to meet committed target within +/- 5% of threshold.•Monitor, control and approve partner cost for service delivery. •Monitor and control YTD project WIP and ensure none of the project revenue sits under reversals and backlog without recognition.•Control project cycle time, engineering lead time, and customer experience through regular heat-checks.•Maintain project hotlist, defined severity level and track the progress on burning project issues.•Periodic South Asia services sales and delivery interlock to highlight success in given quarter, issues, opportunities, and help needed.•Work with services sales and solutioning team in wining custom deals. Assess and ensure every custom deal is solutioned and profitable considering threshold service margin %.•Work with services sales in identifying additional services.•Manage escalations from internal/ external stakeholders. Proactively engage relevant key stakeholders to work on resolution, corrective actions and preventive measures. Produce CLCA/RCA upon issue resolution.•Manage PMO billable utilization and productivity. Assess and balance PMO project workload.•Monitor and control key PMO KPIs attainment, PMO compliance metrics & Governance.•Hire, coach and mentor new as well as existing PMO members in diverse cultural organization. •Prepare Bi-weekly SAK operational and financial dashboard and present to high level management during the APJ HoBR business health review.•Work with individual PM on their career development, certifications, and performance.
