• Actively coordinates, assists, and advises BMW Plant Rayong Associates on security- related matters. • Understand and implements – and where appropriate, adapts - existing security policies and concepts to meet external and internal security requirements for Plant Rayong. • Responsible for conducting security awareness training for all staff at Plant Rayong. • Support security management when security incidents occur and supervises the implementation of agreed corrective actions to close identified gaps and vulnerabilities. • Executes security audits, risk assessments, and investigations throughout Plant Rayong. • Support local law enforcement agencies during investigations. If required. • Conducts checks and security audits of vendors and their operational facilities, if required. • Support security management in operating and managing BMW’s Incident Reporting System, access control systems, and CCTV system. • Support in the maintenance and active functioning of the access control systems for Plant Rayong. • Support in the implementation of emergency evacuation and fire prevention processes in accordance with local law and BMW Group Plant Rayong Security regulations. • Reports directly to Head of Operations BMW Group Plant Rayong and Chennai. • Contributes to the BMW culture of quality, excellence, and flexibility. • Can multi-task while maintaining vigilance and a proactive security posture. • Responsible for complying with the BMW Group core values. • Develops and fosters team spirit. • Any other duties as directed by the line manager.

• To implement and monitoring the plant’s security guards and patrol program. • To train and control all security guards to acknowledged with security tasks. • To manage and monitoring security guards work as follow requirement. • To provide security guards additional in case emergency shutdown or turnaround period. • To set and follow up security monthly meeting. • To monitoring all contractor in/out area. • To summary contractor headcount and man-hours record. • In charge of security controller in emergency cased at all gates. • To set inspect, calibrate and follow up security tools plan. • To leader security contract agreement and bidding process to evaluation. • To evaluation monthly and yearly performance security guard company. • To coordinate with local police, military, other local authorities and companies within the complex on security matters plan. • To Maintain the CCTV and access control to available. • To Support SHE training center activities. • To be SHE trainer. • To configure badges for employee, contractor and visitor into access control system. • To provide the work passport for contractors. • To utilize the violation report of staff and contractor to preventive and corrective action with job owner. • To set up vehicle inspection before restricted area. • To maintain and inspection the fire protection equipment and security tools. • To Support emergency drill as planned. • To lead site security control to Turnaround and shutdown activities. • To representative safety to investigation meeting for transportation issue. • Other jobs which are assigned by Manager.

• Responsible for delivering effective security guarding platform. • Security guarding system deployments, monitoring and reporting. • Perform security assessments and physical security system.

• Safety in workplace and incident investigation. • Response emergency team and equipment for Industrial zone. • Cooperate with customer for customer fire drill. • Contact with government sectors for concerned issues. • Coordinate with security guard service provider about service and security system. • Control CCTV system.

• Support WD-TH for Warehouse FGI Management, FGI Inventory stock control, packing and Dispatch process of Western Digital Thailand Customer • Control packing process follow the WD-TH’s customer requirement. • Apply KAIZEN, LEAN for improve working process. • Follow up CA/PA for any quality issues and customer complaint. • KPI improvement activities.
