Breath and Body Yoga2011.01-2013.11(3 years)I turned to yoga to give me powerful strength, relief from back injuries, and a mindful attitude towards life. As a former ballet dancer, I have always been passionate about exercise that integrates the body with movement and rhythm. After dabbling in many styles of yoga, from Kundalini to Bikram, I found that Power Yoga gave me peace of mind in an otherwise very busy life, as well as a camaraderie with the physical body rather than seeing it as a barrier. With an excitement for sharing the positive benefits of yoga and being a part the global and local yoga community, I completed the Power Yoga 200 Hour-RYT certified at Breath & Body Yoga in 2010, take part in many workshops, and will attend Level One with Baron Baptiste in October 2011. I teach group, corporate, and private classes. I maintain a daily practice and am inspired by Baron Baptiste and the Anusara-method. Also, I work with the yoga industry to couple my skills as a designer, by bringing powerful design and branding to the industry.Art Director
