  As a Research and Development Intern, I am involved in the development of probes and tool seters, focusing on prototyping, testing, and material selection. I collaborate with the team to refine designs and conduct research on advanced materials to enhance product performance. As a key member of the R&D team, my primary focus was on creating advanced CNC probes and laser tool measurement systems. Throughout the project, I gained hands-on experience in design development, material selection, and machining techniques, as well as final product representation. In addition, I worked on integrating new technologies into probing systems, managing vendor relationships, and conducting comprehensive tool testing, all of which broadened my expertise in industrial design and innovation.

From Prototype designing in NX software to mastering manufacturing processes and it increases my Complex Problem-Solving skills & each day ofers hands-on learning opportunities in cross functional team. This training allows me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, collaborating with industry professionals to deepen my understanding in manufacturing, and production sector. During my internship at HEC.I have gained practical insights into Material selection, Casting, Forging techniques, Heat treatment methods, and Precision machining. This hands-on experience has enriched my understanding of Product Engineering, Project Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Quality Control from initial stage of raw materials selection to the final finished product and it increases my problem solving skill and project management skills.
