Eastern Seaboard I.E. 2.2 Project Manager WH at PTT-LNG Nongfab, Maptaphut, Rayong • Manage “Inbound to Outbound operations” in Warehouse. • To achieve operation performance committed on services delivery, revenue, cost, quality, and customer expectation. • Day to day warehouse issues management, solving customer issues, complaints, provide corrective and preventive actions. • Manage customer satisfaction and supplier relationship. • In charge of inventory control of all warehouse stock and verify all document related to warehouse stock system • Prepare monthly, quarterly operation report for management review. • Supply tooling and equipment. 3) Supply Product to customer and Manage customer satisfaction. 3.1 Manage and develop renewal the service agreements 3.2 Manage and coordinate with the teams to serve customer requirements 3.3 Develop existing customers’ good relationship

Number of people in the company: 10 Job Duties: • Setting sales targets and planning sales budgets. • Selling tools to the automotive industry mainly in Rayong area and achieving a monthly • target of 1.5 Million Baht/Month. • Supervising the Sales Engineer team-3people. • Supporting customers in relation to before and after sales. • Managing customer satisfaction and maintaining good customer relationships. • Expanding the market by sourcing new customers and opening

Reporting to: GM Taiwan national Number of people in the company: 21 Job Duties: • Managing the sale and service of CNC machines for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers (Thai, Japan and Korea). • Handling key accounts. • Performing presentations of machine functions (CNC). • Selling products with a maximum order value of 5 million baht or maximum price per unit of 15 million baht. • Supervising 18 subordinates (Sales Engineer, Service Engineer and Sales Support). • Setting sales targets and planning sales budgets which require information from market • share and competitors’ analysis and creating promotions and marketing activities. • Increasing sales & market share to achieve targets (28 Million Baht/Year). • Understanding the support needs of customers and driving the improvement of company • support activities in order to promote customer loyalty. • Taking care of existing customers and seeking new customers such as automotive mold and die business.

Reporting to: SM Japanese national Number of people in the company: 30 Job Duties: • Managing the sale and service of software CAD/CAM and CNC machines for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers (Korea, Japan, India,• America). • Presenting the company profile and functions of software CAD/CAM and CNC machines to customers. • Preparing quotations and maintaining contacts with existing and new customers. • Being responsible for and achieving sales targets (12 Million Baht / year). • Selling products with a maximum order value of 5 million baht or maximum price per unit of 20 million baht. • Coordinating with vendors in Indonesia in relation to delivery and sales orders.
