The Student Experience Project is a collaborative working group of 6 urban serving universities that are committed to transforming the college student experience and creating equitable learning environments through innovative, evidence-based practices that increase degree attainment. Coordinate alongside Get Schooled to record compelling, promotional videos and #WeBelongInCollege scholarship story submission that will be distributed to students across various communications and marketing channels.

Peer mentors work to provide a welcoming environment that is conducive to students needs and supports student success. Provide academic support through building rapport and maintaining a peer mentor relationship with assigned students. Refer students to appropriate campus and/or community resources. Assist with data collection and file maintenance as well as document interactions with students.
