I started as a Psychology teacher in the UK, moved to China, became a recruiter, then recruitment manager and then employee experience manager. The thread running through this is an interest in people and specifically in what conditions help people to work effectively. Thankfully, I have previously worked and currently work for companies that have allowed me pursue that interest. I love the challenge of understanding, and the joy in learning a different culture and working with people from different parts of the world.
