Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems.PM conveyor systems pulleys, motors, chains, various belts, replace and re-pin conveyor belts.Troubleshoot and repair cardboard Baylor’s. Troubleshoot all input/outputs in conveyor systems and electrical components.2nd shift maintenance lead in charge of daily operation for the shift and making sure all assignments are completed in a timely manner. Training all new hires on equipment and how to properly and safely lock out tag out equipment and other heavy equipment before being worked on.

Field service technician who conducts service calls all over the Central Valley for packing equipment machinery and conveyer systems. Conduct service calls and assist customers while also doing new installations. I would build the components panels for new installs in the shop using a electrical schematic. I would then go out into the field and tap into the customer main power if needed and run new conduit and power to the new panel. I would add all the inputs/outputs sensors and wire all the motors and sensors terminating them in the main panel. I would then trouble shoot the input/output as well as lol the pneumatic and motors systems and make sure everything is working properly and efficiently.
