I was quickly able to establish a good reputation within the local area by doing maintenance contracts for residential customers. Within 1st year I secured a maintenance contract with Britannia Hotels carrying out the refurbishment and maintenance work across 51 Sites. From there, my team had grown from just myself to employing 15 employees. My role after another director came on board was to project to manage all jobs and to ensure they were run to a high standard, on time and on budget whilst managing 15 employees and numerous sub-contractors. I met customers, quoted and priced up all contracts and alleviated any concerns our customers had.
