BWH Hotels comprises three hotel companies—WorldHotels, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and SureStay Hotels—headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA with 18 brands and approximately 4,300 hotels in over 100 countries and territories worldwide. In her role, she is responsible for expanding BWH Hotels’ brands in Vietnam across resorts, hotels, serviced apartments, and branded residences. Queenie possesses more than 15 years of experience in business development across diverse sectors, including construction, design, and hospitality. Prior to joining BWH Hotels, Queenie represented SB Architects, a San Francisco-based architecture firm, leading business development outreach in the Southeast Asia region. She is a graduate of Foreign Trade University, major in International Economics and recently earned her MBA from Andrews University.
