- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on fixtures. - Develop and manage the fixture inventory list. - Design and label fixtures for tracking purposes. - Conduct DOE for new fixtures requiring testing. - Test fixtures with UUT during NPI. - Report fixture-related issues and defects.

-Establish ORT test plan, IRPP, game plan, SQ plan, test micro schedule, DOE plan, etc. -Track ORT issues, host MIL meetings, update FACA, verify actions, and monitor results. -Send out ORT data reports: daily, weekly, and cross-site. -Lead de-risking, data mining, sorting, and arrange DOEs to verify units. -Conduct commonality studies and other data collection (FR by WF/Week, FAconclusions).
