Develop CM/EMS to improve processes, improve yield, capacity, and efficiency delivering.ResponsibilitiesSustaining• Monitor Production yield, efficiency, tracking UPH trend, and driving Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action implementation.• Daily meeting with OPM and CM tracking Production output, Production capacity versus the shipment plan. • Support sustaining OPM for the PRQ activities, including process impacts review before build, review CM proposal qualification plan and review validation results.• Review the weekly yield reports, including top issue progress update, and leading continuous yield Improvement, drive CM to keep stably high manufacturing yield.• Onsite audit CM to ensure the process, fixtures, tooling, equipment under well performed condition and met the requirements.• Onsite observation of new production lines setup, line move, changing line layout or process changes related. Ensure that line qualifications are completed, including E/F, manpower, and control builds.NPI• Onsite support NPI build stages from engineering build, ramping to mass production.• Audit manufacturing process, lines layout, fixtures and tooling bring up (FBU), environment readiness, and validate ShopFloor control.• Develop SOPs, add Key points, tracking OP readiness, training certification and training build.• Conduct DFM analysis to improve process efficiency, reduce cycle times, reduce cosmetic failure, and dimensional yields.
