Type: Interior & Exterior Parts (Bumper, Grill Radiator, Console, Door Trim) Main Customers: Isuzu, GM, AAT Responsible for: • Control Stock and Inventory of all stores • Update Stock and Inventory Data • Prepare Monthly Stock Report • Support Documents of Report as Withdrawal Slip, Return Parts, Claim • Check Monthly In-Out Finished Goods Stock of all stores every month • Summarize all Stock and Inventory Reports and inform to all concerned • Inventory control and customer scheduling and implement 5S activity • Monthly Inventory Status Report • Ensure well handing of finished products in the warehouse • Issue finished products out from the system and prepare invoice, packing list • Contact Forwarder to arrange the delivery schedule • Support Sales all materials and return shipments. • Issue Forecast and Invoice and issue Quotation. • Prepare Sales Report and other tasks to Manager and Japanese
