Roles: Application architect, Integration Lead, Team Leadership & Project Management, Developer & Systems analyst•Data center migration of applications and its data•Application modernization. Evaluate, propose and implement.•Provide technical solutions and design for the integration elements as well as specific functionalities. Design and construct different integration solutions including MS Dynamics CRM, MS Commerce Server, Payment Gateway, PeopleSoft, SOA components, ARC GIS server, FME server and Silverlight applications. •Design and construct framework for integration modules and complete application layers for web and windows applications. •Design application elements using UML and created Use cases, Activity and Streamline diagrams. •Work closely with the Enterprise architecture Integration, Security, PeopleSoft, etc to install and deploy the solutions. •Design, plan and implement Database migrations and Data Archive.•Lead and mentor project teams to design, construct and implement complex projects for different clients in different domains. (Clients included Cenovus, Service Alberta, City of Calgary, Microblend and internal HP). •Estimate project deliveries and prepare project plans. •Conduct Fit Gap analysis•Supervise technical teams for complex integration with different technologies like Honeywell PHD Historian , Steam Meters, TIBCO web services, DCOM, GIS solutions, PeopleSoft, Payment gateways, Color Scanner, Barcode reader, printer etc. •Conduct meetings with customers to discuss the progress, next steps and risk analysis of each project at a regular basis. •Present customers with Prototypes and Demo of desired on working solutions. •Coordinate User Acceptance Test and managed the warranty team to maintain and transition the projects after implementation. •Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers for understanding and documenting requirements and discussing different design options. •Conduct training sessions for customers.
