o Responsible for overseeing and commissioning of Solar Energy as well as back up Battery Energy Storage System to existing generation and transmission sub-stations. Lead the commissioning process of BESS project, ensuring system are tested, verified and fully operational according to specifications. Collaborate with Engineering team works for different contractors to develop anc implement commissioning plans, procedures and documentations. In-charge of system inspections, performance tests, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues prior to project hand-over. Co-ordinate with other stack-holders, project managers, contractors and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities. o Contribute in technical supports and training to site personnel on system operation and maintenance Monitor and Conducting safety audits and risk assessments as per requirement.

Supports troubleshooting, calibration, installation, testing and commissioning on different types of instrumentation devices. o Set up new devices on base of design and calibrate as per the specifications. o Utilized computerized equipment and software to perform testing functions and create reports. o Supporting cross functional team of Engineers to test and commission PLC system. o Following wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and configure new equipment.

o Overseeing continuous production line of electronics circuit board manufacturing, o Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot various fully automated equipment connected through Distributed Control System. Supporting engineering team in documentation of technical instructions as per upgrade.

o Use Beckhoff TwinCAT HMI and other third-party software to ensure that all automated equipment and processes comply with applicable standards and policy. Systematically introduce different improvement concepts to optimize equipment efficiency. o Regularly collaborating and communicating with Production and Process team to support day-to-day operation to achieve daily production target. Supporting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to setup and run fully automated equipment to ramp up the production plans. o Introduce fully automated system and processes to production team to maximize their efforts towards fulfilling the production demand >Key Project: o Built a remote access network for ProfiNet devices (Scanner) connected at confined places on the production line With the help of existing network diagram, find the network devices and installed to communicate and configure ProfiNet devices remotely. o Troubleshooting wide array of manufacturing equipment with following maintenance safety protocols (NFPA, LOTO, 5S) and with help of servo drives as well as frequency drives of different manufacturer (SIEMENS, Allen Bradley & Beckhoff) Troubleshooting 480V panel wiring with multimeter and other electrical handheld tools. o Apply technical skills to install, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, factory automation and robotics, with applying knowledge of PLC/PC controllers Troubleshooting different industrial networks like EtherNet, ProfiNet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherCAT and Profibus o Continuously improving PM documents and schedules, maintenance instructions and technical drawings as per the change or update. Troubleshooting CNc line automated conveyance, electromechanical systems with FANUC and other robotics. Interpreting and improving SCADA HMIs with support from Engineering team to better visualization of manufacturing equipment for optimal productivity.
