Following my apprenticeship, I was drawn to a company with over 200 employees and a strong structure and hierarchy - KFP - Five Star Conference Service GmbH provided me with this opportunity. However, in 2016, I felt compelled to return to a medium-sized company where I could play an active role and contribute my knowledge while further expanding my skills in this industry. Since then, I have been traveling the world for STABER Ingenieurbüro GmbH & Co. KG, executing events and enriching them with my expertise and planning. In mid-2023, I made the decision to leave STABER and have since been working with the event agency, Proske GmbH. I am particularly excited about enhancing my leadership skills at Proske to be prepared for the new generation of workers.
