TOM provided about accommodation barge ship under project “505k” at BQP and AQP platform working with Seamoor (agency) / TOM (main contractor) / BMB (sub-contractor) / EEST (main project) / PTTEP(owner) PositionSafety Officer (marine) PIC • Responsible all Thai employees • Safety induction briefing for all new comer • Able to resuscitate and stabilized a patient prior evacuation ashore. • Make VTR safety induction • Daily meeting, safety talk, knowledge sharing, safety patrol, monitoring lifting operation and weather condition • Report issue daily meeting • Advice personnel on the provision of healthy living and working environment offshore. • Ensure HSE Rules are carried out onboard. • Update daily reports, Room allocations and mustering lists and mustering cards as POB list • BBS, Repair notification and comment box • Weekly hygiene inspection • Weekly LSA & FFA inspection • Close out punch list and hygiene inspection • Train and ensure first aid team understand and capable to perform the duty during an emergency • Coordinate work with marine control, BQP, AQP, company man, project team, remote crews, and catering team
